Charles Njagua Kanji recorded his first single titled “Utaweza Kweli” in 2004 and has been releasing hits ever since. His list of achievements include a 2007 Kisima award nomination in the Best Boomba male category as well as live performances over the years in several countries across Africa and beyong including Germany, Switzerland, Dubai, U.S.A, South Africa Uganda, Finland Rwanda and Tanzania. In 2011 he was nominated for Best Male artist for the hit single “Kigeugeu” and graced the Big Brother Africa Amplified stage. Jaguar has also participated in various advocacy projects with respect to social empowerment and upgrading living standards for the destitute.
