It is too soon to declare 2017 as Cassper Nyovest's year? We don't think so! The rapper is having a great year so far, and it doesn't look like that's about to change.
Cassper, who released his third album Thuto album last week, has revealed that the album went gold in one day. The Family Tree main man made the revelation on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
He said in an interview on DJ Edu's show: "Actually, we went gold on the first day of release... 'Cause the units they took out sold out within hours and they made an order that day. So, we actually went gold on the first day but I didn't want to say anything until we went platinum. Right now I'm just trying to go platinum..."
But that's not all, fam. The rapper also got to perform at the One Africa Music Fest. London showed him major love and the South Africa rapper gained new fans.
Cassper also got to mingle with some A-listers like Terry Pheto, Jidenna and Cuba Gooding Junior.
