Gqom queen, Sho Madjozi, has just dropped her brand new single, Huku, on Apple Music recently.
The new song will be available only on Apple Music for one week before being released more broadly. She will also be performing her new single at the One Source Live Festival on 24 March at No. ONE Eloff, Johannesburg.
Her single, Huku, sticks to her Gqom roots but the lyrics are in Kiswahili – as Sho starts to explore and merge broader African creativity. Huku will also feature on the hugely popular Gqom Nation playlist on Apple Music which is regularly updated with the genre’s hottest songs.
